Spark Email introduces Shared Drafts and Delegations for enhanced team collaboration

Spark, the efficient, cross-platform email client, has rolled out an update featuring two new desktop tools: Shared Drafts and Delegations. These tools are specifically designed to augment collaboration and streamline team communications.

Shared Drafts facilitates collaborative work on a single email draft by multiple team members, thereby reducing error probability and maintaining message consistency. However, this feature is restricted to one free collaborator, necessitating an upgrade to Spark for Teams for additional collaborators.

On the other hand, Delegations improves team email management by enabling direct email assignment to a teammate, eliminating the need for forwarding or providing full inbox access. This tool also allows deadline setting, task status tracking, and ensures no tasks are overlooked. It provides 10 active delegations for free, with unlimited access available through a Spark for Teams subscription.
