Microsoft launches Copilot Merchant Program for AI-powered retail integration

Microsoft has introduced the Copilot Merchant Program, designed to integrate third-party retailers into its Microsoft Copilot AI ecosystem. This initiative allows merchants to embed their product catalogs directly into the Copilot app, enabling users to receive real-time product suggestions, price alerts, and complete purchases within the app. Retailers are tasked with providing detailed product specifications to ensure accurate representation.

The program allows merchants to integrate their product catalogs into Copilot, enabling AI-powered recommendations, price alerts, and in-app purchases. It's open to any retailer and aims to complement the new Shopping Assistant feature recently introduced by the company.

Merchants can join by submitting the Copilot Merchant Interest Form.
