Meta launches creator assistant on Facebook, offering AI-driven insights and content ideas

Meta has introduced creator assistant on Facebook, an AI-powered tool built directly into the creator dashboard. This feature serves as a personalized partner, understanding each creator’s audience, engagement patterns, and content performance to help spur growth.

With this update, creators can skip manual data analysis across multiple dashboards. Instead, they can ask conversational questions about their content performance or audience trends, and the assistant will respond with meaningful, clear answers specific to their own Facebook presence. Follow-up questions are supported, making deeper exploration possible within the same dashboard environment.

Alongside guidance on why specific content resonates and suggestions for improvement, the assistant provides brainstorming support. It draws from current Facebook trends to recommend fresh ideas, alternative content angles, and timely inspiration relevant to each creator’s interests.

Building on these capabilities, creator assistant adapts with ongoing interactions, refining its advice to align with goals such as expanding audience size, boosting engagement, or increasing monetization.

Creator assistant is now available to creators in the United States, Canada, and India. Meta plans to roll out additional features and extend availability to more countries over the coming months.

Two of those questions, "Show me what is trending" and "How did this post perform?" should not require AI assistance. Google did it before AI. The answer to "What should my strategy be?" should not use AI, as you probably should use a unique strategy as opposed to the same strategy as everybody else.
