Beacon calls this the blind relay. Contact details are encrypted at rest with AES-256, resolve only at the moment of delivery, and the association discards immediately after. The administrator sees delivery status and responses, never the number or address it was sent to. This eliminates an entire category of data liability and means people are more likely to provide their real details because they trust the system.
