What is CalendarMate?

CalendarMate is a privacy-first scheduling tool for people who use Proton Calendar, Tuta, Apple iCloud, Fastmail, or any CalDAV-compatible calendar.

Unlike Calendly and similar tools, CalendarMate never asks you to connect your calendar via OAuth or hand over access credentials. Instead, you paste in a read-only ICS feed URL — CalendarMate reads your busy/free times, and presents a clean booking page to anyone you share your link with.

Visitors pick a date and time, fill in their name and email, and the booking lands in your inbox. No account required for the person booking.
