its not a Saas, you need to install it on your own server, but in opposite to f.ex. baikal this requires root permissions as some of the files have to be moved to the directory /usr/share, which makes it uninstallable in a shared webhosting environment.

It's a PHP source for a Ical server, require Postgres and http server, and is not also an online service...
