Simple, fast and works well for simple file transfers over local wifi

fast and secure doesn't require Bluetooth.
Very simple, fast and easy utility. Also it is open source.
Java based, should work even on BSDs with OpenJDK, but I have only tested it on Debian. Wish it was on F-droid.
I DID NOT SEE EXPECTED RESULTS IN USING LANXCHANGE. IT DIRECTED ME TO MY DEFAULT FILE EXPLORE WHEN AIMING TO SELECT TRANFER FOLDER. MY DEFAULT TRANSFER FOLDER ONLY ALLOWED FILE TRANSFER, I NEEDED FOLDER TRANSFER. PRESENTLY, I USE AIRDROID(WIFI) AND SUPERBEAM(NEAR FIELD COMMUNICATION), NIETHIER OF THEM TRANSFER FOLDERS. AIRDROID IS VERY NICE.
Very simple and fast. And does it's job flawlessly.

Love to know how you set it up?
The developer himself says this to a question about any recent updates:
" Not really :/ I think it should mostly work, and I still hope to squeeze in some time at some point and make some minor fixes, but I don't know if I will have the cycles for bigger changes. Also Java on Desktop is just so annoying to work with :(
