OpsGenie is a great SaaS product, and I would recommend it based on its features.
Atlassian however have announced plans as of 7th March 2025 to terminate OpsGenie from 5th April 2027, and new sign-ups will be blocked from 4th June 2025.
Atlassian are trying to push customers currently using OpsGenie to full-fledged development/incident management tools instead (i.e. this is likely just a blatant cash-grab).
Look elsewhere (ideally not an Atlassian product) for reliable on-call scheduling...
