PingTester is described as 'Can store a list of IP addresses and network test commands to increase the working efficiency, perform ping and traceroute test by one click, 'ping sweep' subnets or interval ping all the hosts on a list continuously, save the individual ping records to a txt' and is an app. There are seven alternatives to PingTester for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, Windows Phone, Rust and Flathub apps. The best PingTester alternative is gping (CLI), which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like PingTester are vmPing, PingInfoView, Ping Monitor and Graphical Ping.

vmPing (Visual Multi Ping) is a graphical ping utility for monitoring multiple hosts. Numerous host monitors can be added and removed, and each monitor dynamically resizes with the application window. Color-coding allows you to tell at a glance the status of each host.

PingInfoView is a small utility that allows you to easily ping multiple host names and IP addresses, and watch the result in one table.

This is a simple ping application that displays real-time ping times to a specified host using a Deno backend, a WebSocket connection, and a WebView frontend with a Chart.js graph.

Graphical Ping displays a color coded realtime graph of continuous pings to a specified host.

Customizable, graphical, semi-transparent ping (latency) meter. Can be used as in-game overlay if game runs in borderless window.

Visual replacement for the standard ping utility. It helps you monitor TCP/IP targets, by sending echo requests and displaying the responses over a detailed list and a graph. It has all the functions of classical ping, and much more.
