Rescatux
Rescatux is a GNU/Linux rescue cd (and eventually also Windows) but it is not like other rescue disks. Rescatux comes with Rescapp. Rescapp is a nice wizard that will guide you through your rescue tasks.

Burn to cd or put on usb stick Be sure you get Rescatux and not some other product from upper links. Scroll down. Under Download, the link will redirect you to SourceForge. Navigating the program is a little confusing. This might work well if you don't have a dual installation, but for me things didn't work.. (It's ok, I keep clones, but i had some extra stuff I hoped to preserve) Anyways, it did restore my Linux boot at a point.
