What is Swiff?
Swiff is a simple application that will help you manage when working from home.
Once you download the application, every morning you write down your list of tasks to do. This list should have 14 tasks that can be completed in 25 minutes. When you start a task click 'start' in the application, a work timer will appear to countdown your working times. Once it expires a 5-minute break clock automatically starts.
This is a scientifically proven method of work that will increase productivity while decreasing stress.
