- Danielsy reviewed TrekMail
The service helped me organize email for multiple domains without any complications. The tracking feature is useful when needed to ensure messages were delivered. Setup was straightforward, and the email service works reliably. Having a webmail account is a practical option, and the support is generally good.

Using it for multiple domains made inbox management much simpler. Delivery stats help a lot. How reliable is migration for large mailboxes?

Deliverability tracking by domain is a special treat. When a client says, "We didn't get it," you can immediately open the dashboard and check instead of guessing, which saves a ton of time.

Set up one domain on TrekMail and it just worked. Clear DNS instructions, quick mailbox creation, and no “per user” nonsense. Emails deliver reliably and webmail is a nice backup when I’m away from my laptop. Good value and solid support.

What is TrekMail?
TrekMail is a platform for managing corporate email and custom domains — from a single domain with a few mailboxes to hundreds or thousands of domains with large-scale operations.
What you can do • Manage domains and mailboxes at scale: connect many domains, create and manage thousands of mailboxes, with fast search, sorting, and bulk actions (including deletion/cleanup workflows). • Forwarding and catch-all: set per-address forwards and domain-level catch-all to collect all inbound mail for a domain. Admins can also reset mailbox passwords when needed. • Deliverability visibility: view deliverability/sending health per domain and aggregated across all domains, with clear limit tracking and the ability to increase limits over time. • Plans and billing: 7-day trial available. You can stay on a free plan using your own SMTP, or upgrade/downgrade anytime. • Payments: pay by card or cryptocurrency (multiple networks supported). • Migration: tools to migrate email from a previous provider. • Security & account control: 2FA, account deletion, light/dark theme, company profile details (country, company info, tax ID where applicable), and support for multiple payment methods/cards. • Support & onboarding: built-in ticket system, detailed documentation, and step-by-step setup wizards for domain verification, migration, and SMTP configuration. • Access email your way: use TrekMail webmail or connect mailboxes via standard IMAP/SMTP in Gmail/Outlook/Apple Mail and other clients.
TrekMail is built to make email operations “boring” again: reliable, predictable workflows, and sane administration without per-user pricing surprises.
