UMPC Scrollbar

An utility for nudging dialogs that don't fit on the 800x480 UMPC screen when running Windows XP. Any time a non-resizable dialog comes up that is taller than the screen working-area height, you will notice a semi-transparent scrollbar on the right side of the screen.

What is UMPC Scrollbar?

An utility for nudging dialogs that don't fit on the 800x480 UMPC screen when running Windows XP. Any time a non-resizable dialog comes up that is taller than the screen working-area height, you will notice a semi-transparent scrollbar on the right side of the screen. Use the scrollbar to nudge the dialog up or down. When you dismiss the dialog, the scrollbar should go away.
