What is Velda?
Velda is a dev-environment that allows developers to run jobs with cloud compute resource like GPUs without any other extra setup.
Developers get a persisted dev-sandbox with full access (ssh/vscode). They only need to add vrun command prefix to run arbitrary commands with compute from cluster/cloud. Velda will provision the relevant compute resource, setup an environment consistent to the dev-sandbox and run the workload.
It can also be used to setup workflows with simple bash script.
