What is YouTube Time Tracker?
Open source, privacy first extension that tracks time you spent watching YouTube™ YouTube™ Time Tracker is a privacy first, open source extension that helps you track time you spend watching Youtube. It embeds a timer next to the YouTube icon and when hovered it shows usage stats.
It's privacy first – it doesn't track any information about you and does not send data anywhere. Chrome Local Storage is used to save your usage data in a very simple format (date: time).
It's open source – source code is available for everyone at https://github.com/makaroni4/youtube_time_tracker, feel free to contribute, give feedback and suggest new features.
