Meta's Llama 4 models now available on AWS SageMaker

Amazon Web Services has announced that Meta's latest AI models, Llama 4 Scout 17B and Llama 4 Maverick 17B, are now available through Amazon SageMaker JumpStart.

These powerful models can process both images and text, enabling more advanced applications. Llama 4 also features intelligent activation of task-specific 'expert' brain parts, providing efficient use of computing resources for powerful and cost-effective outcomes. Moreover, the models will soon be available as fully managed, serverless options in Amazon Bedrock.
