Cline 3.18 update: Gemini CLI, Claude 4 optimization & new WebFetch tool

Cline 3.18 adds Gemini CLI as a provider, making 1000 free daily requests of 2.5 Pro and Flash available via Google account. Claude 4 model support is now optimized, cutting diff edit failure rates from 10% to 6%. Finally, the new WebFetch tool enables direct retrieval and summarization of web content within conversations.
