FreeRDP 3.32.0 changes proxy defaults and adds Entra login

FreeRDP 3.32.0 adds target-certificate policy controls for proxies, changing the default from accepting certificates unless denied to denying them unless accepted; configurations relying on the old behavior must be updated.

Linux SDL and xfreerdp clients gain seamless Entra/Azure integration through helper binaries, while the beta SDL client adds basic RAIL support for X11 and Wayland.

The release also adds Early User Authorization Result PDU support for clearer denied-login errors, camera stream shutdown when frames are no longer requested, and protocol-validation hardening.
