This will transcribe your personal media on a Plex, Emby, or Jellyfin server to create subtitles (.srt) from audio/video files and transcribe or translate them into English. It can also be used as a Whisper provider in Bazarr (See below instructions).

ytdl-sub is a command-line tool that downloads media via yt-dlp and prepares it for your favorite media player, including Kodi, Jellyfin, Plex, Emby, and modern music players. No additional plugins or external scrapers are needed.
