I know Aviary from SquareSpace which use them for photo-editing on their site with works beautifully!
I love this editor on my phone I've been using it for about two years. Aviary is pretty simple to use it has a ton of beautiful filters, frames, stickers, and overlays. The stickers are "okay" Aviary has a few advanced editing tools, as well as the basic editing capabilities. I believe I did purchase the whole Adobe pack for super cheap but it's really not necessary, there are many great options to create a stunning photo!
