    Delicious is free and provides bookmarking services. Diigo has a "free" version, but unless you only have like 3 bookmarks you wanna save, you'll have to pay for it. Also, it offers annotation features too.

    How it works is very similar to delicious: you can add bookmarks from browser (extension of bookmarklet), Android app, or directly on their website. And also, you can view bookmarks online, no sync with browser needed.
