The website for this application has disappeared. There's no support available online, as far as I can tell. This may be abandonware.
Requires cygwin (Linux emulator) to run, so there's some extra overhead. Have also read on the E - TextEditor forums about unstable releases and crashing. However, it's the best option if you want your IDE to be as close to TextMate as possible, you will be able to use TextMate snippets.
