If you're looking for realism then Hero Forge definitely isn't what you're looking for, but if the art style doesn't super matter to you, or if you're even explicitly looking for something stylized (but not anime), then Hero Forge is a pretty solid option. Even when keeping the visual style in mind though I will admit Hero Forge is a bit less powerful than MakeHuman, however.
