OhMyDesk was built out of frustration with spreadsheets. When my coworking space in Bulgaria went from empty to full in 3 months, I had no way to track who was sitting where, what was available, or whether the space was actually profitable. I built OhMyDesk to solve that.

Desk booking:

• Weekly and monthly calendar view of all desks and rooms
• Assign members to desks with a single click
• Bulk booking with Ctrl+click (book 20 days in seconds)
• Pause & extend bookings — free up days for resale without losing revenue tracking
• Public booking page — visitors self-book from your website, no account needed
• Waiting list management

Meeting rooms:

• Hourly booking grid (08:00–20:00, 30-min slots)
• Auto-pricing from hourly rate × duration
• Overlap prevention — no double bookings

Revenue & expenses:

• Monthly revenue, occupancy rate, net profit dashboard
• 3-month revenue trend chart
• Expense tracking by category (rent, internet, bills, etc.)
• Recurring expenses (auto-generated monthly)
• Per-desk pricing, multi-currency (EUR, USD, GBP)

Notifications:

• Telegram + email alerts for new bookings and expiring assignments
• Daily digest — what's starting and ending tomorrow

Workspace setup:
