Simple UI/UX and a few great features to eliminate unwanted alerts. The alert suppression and maintenance mode is a smart way to filter the critical alerts from the noisy ones. Particularly liked the configurable Deduplication feature. Their free status page though basic is still a good add on at no extra cost. Overall when we compared Squadcast to others like Pagerduty, Opsgenie - found to be a better fit for our use case and budget.

Squadcast is accurate in reporting incidents and their metrics. It integrates well with existing monitoring solutions, so it does not cause a lot of overhead while setting it up. The integration of JIRA ticketing is a huge plus, as it automates the creation of tickets for issues to be addressed.
