Very lightweight, with an interesting choice of filters. You can use many plugins even with the free version (and version 7 supports layers). Use this if you don't want to fire up anything heavy just to retouch a photo.

Great image editing program, pretty speedy, especially the free versions and Studio X. PhotoFiltre 11 is the newer branch, it supports 64-bit and Unicode, but is somewhat slower to launch and only supports the old 8bf Photoshop filters via a bridge.
Easy to use, very useful, lightweigh. A llittle out of date. Not as complex or profesional as Photoshop or GIMP but still a good option
Easy to use, but powerful. Ideal for editing photos. Layers, masks, filters, tools for corrections, it has anything.
It even works fine under Ubuntu when using WINE.
PhotoFiltre is a simple and intuitive to use. I have used PaintShopPro v5.0.3 for years and hated the fatness of all their versions since then. PhotoFiltre can be used as a quick and easy graphics program like the old PSP v5.
