    Made by the same buggers who make the buggy software that changes the lockscreen to a new image (when it feels like), so chances are it plays well with the complex windows environment. Seems like if Windows Spotlight doesn't work consistently, Bing desktop might have a setting to make the lockscreen work right. Am I reaching? Is microsoft just broken? (Probably)
