I want an AI-free browser, not for privacy reasons (although that's good too), but because I don't want to generate AI results every time I do a search. I know how to suppress them (in Google, for example) but the results are still generated, and then suppressed. This is an abhorrent waste of resources. Even when they're displayed I don't like them, so the use of resources to generate them is truly wasted on me. All the information I've found in the various places I've been (on the web) this morning have told me about browsers whose AI features can be turned off, but not how to prevent them from being used to generate the results in the first place. Sure, I like it that I can turn off a feature, but how do I know that it's not still pouring 10 bottles worth of perfectly good drinking water down the toilet every time I search for something? Any suggestions???
