This application is perfect for Android: it is free, works with APIs and local models (voice only), and for post-processing you need an API key, except for Groq which is free for both voice and post-processing.
Wispr Flow is great and very full-featured, I love it, but the only downside is that the free tier is limited so you need to pay. It’s still cool though, and they offer a student plan, which is awesome. They also have apps for iOS, macOS, Windows, and Android (the Android one is in early access).
Handy is honestly great: it is open source, uses open-weight models that are perfect for privacy, and works very well I’ve had almost no bugs with it.
