What is Printproof?

PrintProof is a free open source browser tool that converts painted multi color 3MF files (OrcaSlicer, Bambu Studio) to GLB, OBJ, and USDZ with the paint colors preserved. It was built by reverse engineering the undocumented paint format that slicers use, which means no more manually recreating color work in Blender just to get a web preview or AR view of a painted model. Runs fully client side with no uploads, includes AR preview via Quick Look and WebXR, mixed filament pigment blending, round trip export back to 3MF, and a headless Node CLI.
