A1 is a job-search and hiring service that gives job seekers and employers the same application. Users can publish either hiring posts or job-seeking listings with details such as role, location, category, and pay. A public web interface exposes job and company listings, while the mobile apps provide the primary service.

Instead of routing applications through forms, A1 connects a job post to a direct conversation with the hiring party. Profiles can include skill tags, voice introductions, portfolios, and community links. Its chat supports links, voice notes, files, and photos; organizations can also structure company access around roles such as HR, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and training.
