Ackify

Ackify is an open-source, self-hosted platform designed to help organizations collect proof of read and acknowledgements for internal documents such as policies, procedures, training materials, or compliance notices.

Unlike full electronic signature platforms, Ackify focuses on simple acknowledgements rather than legally binding contracts. Users confirm they have read and understood a document, and the system records verifiable evidence of this action.
