There is also an extension : AdGuard for Safari. It's free in the App Store and it is very useful. Since Adblock is not yet compatible with the latest update of Safari, AdGuard is the solution to customize the ads you need to hide.
Up until recently AdGuard was the best ad blocker there was. Lately I'm finding a lot of ads are sneaking past it to the point where they disappear when you try to "Block ads on this site" and reappear when you close the selection tool.
One of the most extensive system-wide, cross-plattform ad-blockers out there with full control and customization flexibility of what you want to block, support for filter lists and so much more. Another plus for a one-time-payment option. Highly recommend!
If you want to use Safari on iPhone, but don't want ads, AdGuard is the way to go. Though there is a paid version, the free version is good enough for most people. The iPhone app blocks numerous different trackers and ads but is still very easy to set up. Once you set it up, it should be good-to-go! However, there have been some instances where the ad blocking just stops working. To fix this, I have to open the AdGuard app and turn the filters off and then back on. Other than that, it works great!
This is the most important app to install on your Android phone! It filters all adds and many trackers out of apps. If you find your privacy important, then this app is a must-have.
I 100% agree. Don't know why someone down voted you. This app should be ON always and should neither be battery optimised nor restricted. I have yet to find an equal.
Pretty much the only complete app that blocks ads. It has firewall built-in, feature for encrypting DNS requests and more.
The only con, it's a paid app.
