What is Anime Tracker?

Anime Tracker is a free, open-source anime tracker (GPL-2.0) that runs on your own server. The same code works in two modes: single-user (personal, no login) or multi-user (invite-based site with roles and a moderation queue). What it does that the big lists don't:

  • Personal notes on every anime, plus mood tags and personal synopsis.
  • Curated watch order: broadcast order and story order, down to "watch this movie after episode 12", with a spoiler gate for sequels you haven't reached.
  • Filler episode marking.
  • Typed relations between titles (sequel, side story, alternative version...) and a series timeline view.
  • Import your existing list from MyAnimeList (XML) or AniList (username).
  • Full JSON export and restore - your data is always yours.
  • Turkish and English interface; adding a language is copying one file. Metadata comes from a shared, moderated community catalog; installs sync from it over HTTP but never send personal data. Your watch status, notes and moods stay on your server. Stack: PHP + MySQL/MariaDB. Docker Compose included; also runs on any shared host or XAMPP. Automatic in-place updates for self-hosted installs.
