Does everything I need then some, has a straightforward UI, and is free and regularly updated. You can't go wrong! (Hopefully it doesn't end up becoming adware like an awful lot of other similar apps...)
When it comes to creating images, and burning those images to disc, there is no equal to AnyBurn. It's simplicity is amazing and, to be honest, I've not found any bugs... For what it does it's better than the premium software hands down!
CAUTION: I extracted the ubuntu budgie ISO with AnyBurn and also with PeaZip (similar to WinRAR). The result is that AnyBurn did not create the [BOOT] folder. This may cause a problem in the boot of the CD created from this incomplete extraction. Version used: 5.1.
[Edited by luislobo9b, January 25] Do not confuse the [BOOT] folder with boot, they are two different folders
AnyBurn is free, not discontinued, and successfully grabbed the music from my old Sega Saturn disc, as well as make a functioning and playable archive file of the game with music intact. And it was easy.
v. 4.7 cannot be installed if Windows Defender is in use -- this version is identified as malware and immediately quarantined.
Light, fast, powerful. A great replacement for ImgBurn.
It does a better job making ISO than WinCDEmu. I don't know that it can mount drives though.
