Don't waste your time!
It seems that the file size is reading from original file from the host, but you get fake files with any generated data and the files are corrupt.
Look with a text editor a small rar file and you can see at beginning the word Rar.
A generated file does not have this word!

It's definitely a scam, the downloaded files just repeat the same pattern over and over if you open them with an hexadecimal editor so they just generate fake files of the correct size for you to download.
