  1. Create a Template

Use an existing PDF form or create your own Create a PDF form from existing Word, PDF, or other types of documents Check out this link for more detailed instructions.

  1. Upload your template to Auto-PDF

Click New Template Choose a name for the template and an email address where the completed form will be sent Click Upload, choose your file, and then click upload Merging your documents

  1. Send us your data and an email will be sent with your filled out PDF!
