What is AvidViews?

AvidViews is a web-based Online Qualitative Research Solution created by Avidestal Technologies. It has been designed to conduct Focus Group Discussions and In-Depth Interviews online without having to miss out on the feature of a physical setup of IDIs/FGDs.

AvidViews is a DIY software with features like backroom participants, Sentiment Analysis, Heat Mapping, et cetera.

The Backroom participant feature lets you add multiple types of participants like Moderators, Clients, Respondents, and Translators. You can add up to 3 moderators, 3 clients, 9 participants, and 1 Translator. The backroom creates a digital one-way mirror to limit the access of the various participants like how it works in a physical setup.

You can generate Sentiment Analysis reports to understand the hidden emotions of your audience. You can use the Heat Map feature to understand how your media will perform among your audience.

You can create in-call live polls using image/video. You can also export all your audio transcripts and track all your discussions.
