This is the only video player that I know of that can run multiple videos and playlists in a resizable grid.

interface is NOT intuitive;
STUPID playback speed setting - NO more than +/- 25%. VLC - 150%, Microsoft MP - 200%, Light Alloy - 3200% (in 32 times);
i RARELY complain about this - ugly design
Pluse - opens WMV and TS files, unlike PowerDVD and MMP.
