Baby Atlas

Baby Atlas is a baby tracking app for a child's first years. A feed, a diaper or a nap is one tap, and it can be logged without opening the app: from an interactive home-screen widget on either platform, and from lock-screen widgets or an Apple Watch on iOS.

It reads wake windows from the child's own recent sleep rather than from a generic age table, then says when the sleep window opens and estimates bedtime, pulling it earlier on nap-light days. The estimates stay off for newborns, where wake windows are not yet predictable.

Tracking

• Feeds. Breast or bottle, timed live or added afterwards. A breastfeed records which side and in what order, so the app answers which side comes next. A bottle records a volume in millilitres or ounces.
• Sleep. Nap or night is inferred from when the sleep happened. Optional wake-up reminder while the baby is down.
• Diapers. Wet, dirty, or both.
• Temperature and medicine, off until switched on for a child. The app performs no dose arithmetic: no mg/kg, no dose from weight, no next-dose time. It reads back the last dose as a fact.
• Pumping sessions with the volume and the side, plus a milk bank holding how many portions are in the fridge and freezer and how old they are.
• Weight and length on the official WHO growth curves using the LMS method, with the percentile written out as a sentence. Metric or imperial.
• Developmental milestones by age band, play ideas, and the published vaccination calendar for eight countries plus the WHO schedule.

Shared care

• Both parents on one timeline, invited by email or by link, with entries syncing in real time.
• Up to three children on one account, twins included, sharing one milk bank.

History and reports

• A day, week and month history, with per-day and per-week summaries: night span and total, naps, awake windows, night wakings, feed count and mean interval, bottle volume split day against night, and diapers.
• A PDF summary and a CSV export for a pediatrician visit.

For the parent

• A daily check-in on energy, body, mood, sleep and support, with trends over time, plus guided breathing exercises. Check-ins are private to whoever wrote them and cannot be read by a co-parent who shares the same child.

Privacy

• No third-party analytics SDK, no advertising identifier and no App Tracking Transparency prompt. Care data is never used for telemetry: the only product data collected is the app version, language and timezone. Data is stored in Postgres with row-level security scoped per family.

Platforms and price

• iPhone (iOS 16 and later), Apple Watch, and Android on Google Play. English, Ukrainian and Spanish.
• Free during early access. A subscription is planned. No ads and no in-app purchases today.

Not included: solids, potty training, a symptom list, a dose calculator, a community feed and a web version.
