What is BaselineBody?
You've tried fitness apps. Baseline is different. You don't pick a workout. You press start. The system picks the session. 10 to 20 minutes later, you're done. Mobility, bodyweight strength, and breathwork in one daily routine. It reads Apple Health and adapts on the fly. Hard gym day yesterday? It gives you mobility.
What's not here: No account. No streaks. No notifications. No leaderboards. No workout library. No calorie tracking. No internet required. Works fully offline.
4 modes: Baseline - Your default daily session. Movement, mobility, and nervous system work in one go. You don't think about it. Mobility - Tight hips, stiff back, locked shoulders, dodgy knees. Pick a focus or let the system decide. Bodyweight - Push, pull, and hold. No reps to count. No weights to log. Shift - Breathwork that shifts your state. Arrive, Prime, Reset, Downshift, Recharge, Override. Each one targets a specific change. Voice-guided with binaural beats and haptic feedback.
The minimum effective dose: Every exercise has a threshold. The shortest hold or effort that creates measurable change. The system sets it. Hit it, and you fill a block. One block per exercise.
The grid: Blocks fill a grid. Proof you showed up. No percentages, no scores. Every Monday is a clean slate. Miss a day, miss a week, one session and you're back. No streak lost, no guilt. Week 1 it feels almost too easy. Week 4 it's part of your day. Month 3 you stop noticing. It's just there.
Sound: Music, narration, ambient. Toggle each separately. Layer in rain, fire, or binaural beats.
