BiteLite is a nutrition app for people who want to eat more balanced without weighing food or
counting calories. Instead of logging grams and macros, you tap nine food groups (water, fruit,
vegetables, grains, legumes, fish and meat, dairy, oils and fats, sweets) from empty to half to
full. A day takes a few seconds to log, which is what makes it stick.
Everything you need daily is free: tapping the food groups, your own dishes, standard plans plus
two of your own, the calendar heatmap, streaks, the monthly recap, basic insights, a home screen
widget, and daily mood, stress and cycle notes.
Optional AI logging turns a photo, a typed sentence or a voice note into a log entry. That part
runs on tokens: without an account you get one analysis to try, with an account you start with 10
free plus one typed text analysis every day. Premium adds 10 free text or voice analyses per day,
extended insights, PDF export and unlimited plans, and it is a fraction of what the usual
subscription apps cost.
