What is Blocktrix?

Blocktrix is a free, cross-platform rebuild of the classic year-2000 TetriNET multiplayer block-battle game, built in Godot 4. Stack and clear lines to bury your opponents in garbage, and collect and fire special blocks — add-line, clear-line, nuke, switch fields, block gravity, bombs and more — in real-time matches over the internet or a LAN.

It stays byte-compatible with the original TetriNET/TetriFast protocol (so it interoperates with classic servers) while adding modern features: multiplayer channels with a chat partyline, live spectating, replays, a co-op boss "raid" mode, adjustable CPU bots, per-player stats and achievements, and native touch controls on mobile.

Available for Windows, Linux, and Android, with a community macOS build. Free to play, with optional cosmetic extras.
