BugBundler

BugBundler is a browser extension for reporting bugs. One click captures everything a developer normally has to ask for afterwards:

• A screenshot, either of the full page or of a selected area
• Console logs, including errors and warnings
• Network activity
• A DOM snapshot of the rendered page at the moment of capture
• Performance metrics (LCP and CLS, plus navigation timing)
• Browser and environment details

All of it is packaged into a single portable HTML file. The file is generated on the reporter's own device and opens in any browser, with no viewer app and no account needed to read it.

BugBundler stores no report content, and you choose where a report goes. Capture, annotation and export all happen in the browser, and a report you download or share yourself never reaches BugBundler at all — you send the file through whatever channel your team already uses: email, a chat message, or attached to a Jira, GitHub or Azure DevOps issue.

Where a team would rather have the ticket created for them, an optional integration files a report directly into the company's own issue tracker, with the annotated screenshot and the complete report attached to the ticket rather than linked from a vendor dashboard. Jira is supported today. That send is opt-in per report: it passes through BugBundler's EU infrastructure in Finland only in order to reach the customer's own tracker, and is discarded once delivered — never written to a database, to file storage or to logs, and never retained.

This suits teams whose test data contains sensitive or regulated personal information, where routing a capture through a third-party cloud that keeps a copy is not an option.

BugBundler is aimed at testers, product managers, support staff and anyone else expected to file a useful bug report without opening developer tools.

Using the extension requires a workspace account for licensing. That account layer holds name, email, company and subscription details only, never report content, and is hosted in the EU on Google Cloud (Finland and Sweden). Pricing is per seat with a five-seat minimum, and there is no feature gating between tiers.
