The organization module enables you to set up an organogram of your team including departments, roles and teams. You can create a comprehensive schedule including phases, milestones and work packages which can be viewed and edited in various ways such as Gantt chart and WBS. CAMPR also offers a RASCI-Matrix to delegate responsibilities and roles for tasks and work packages. One of our unique modules is the Risk Management module which makes it possible to be more decisive and proactive when dealing with uncertainty. You can perform a qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and plan measures. Risks are classified in a matrix based on the probability of occurrence and their impact. CAMPRs One-Click Reporting delivers status reports based on the information input of all other modules in real-time. The reports can be distributed to a preset distribution list or exported into PDF.
