In my opinion, it's the most complete gamehacking suite I've ever used. Good functions and macros. The only con for me is that it is available only on Windows. It could be cross-platform as well. (I.e. such as available on Linux.)
It is not infected by any malware as of this date, just adware and other bloatware. It does however has some dodgy and fishy behavior like scanning if you have AV software installed, what else is on your machine, where you are and so on. So, privacy is out of the window when using this tool. The forks AND the official release on GitHub don't have as much dodgy stuff, if you need to use this than build it yourself from GitHub, but the official installer seems to get worse each day.
P.S. It is still the best at what it does.
PINCE is the best alternative for (Arch) Linux
Installs additional software regardless of what the user selects during installation. The developer's been called out for this numerous times, and has censored or ignored them. All the while they continue to make $11,000+ on Patreon.

I would rate higher, but the default installer is "malicious". Please be careful and SLOWLY install, don't just hit next. Make sure to not click any crap that's bundled with it.
Great tool for use as a PC game trainer or editor. Commonly flagged as a hacking tool by AV/malware scanning software, since it works by modifying other applications as they run.
Fantastic program. The biggest issue is that the installer tries to make you install some malware, and Windows Defenders sometimes picks up Cheat Engine as malware itself. It's really easy to compile from source, and by doing that, you'll avoid all the shit you get with the installer.
It was good software until they started bundling adware in their installers. Unfortunate.
