Guests scan a QR code in their room (or a link shared by staff) and share how they feel through a color-wheel emotion picker mapped to a 1–10 score. Negative feedback is broken down by amenity (room, breakfast, parking, etc.) and pinned to concrete problems, so operations know exactly where to act.
