CommentKeyword turns Instagram comments into direct messages automatically. You pick a keyword, and whenever someone comments it on your post or reel, CommentKeyword posts a public reply and sends that person a private DM with your link, lead magnet, discount code or booking page — all through Meta's official Instagram Business API, with no scraping and no browser extensions.

Setup takes a few minutes rather than an afternoon: connect your Instagram professional account, pick a post, add the keyword, write the DM. There's no drag-and-drop flow builder to learn. You can write up to 10 variants each of the public reply and the DM so responses don't read as automated, use placeholders for first name, profile name and handle, and track clicks on the links you send.

From the Starter plan up you can attach an AI agent to a keyword. Instead of writing prompts by hand, you describe what you want in plain English and the built-in Setup Assistant drafts the hook question, the agent's instructions, the conversation objective, the data fields to collect and the handoff rules — you review, edit and test before it goes live. The agent only takes over once the person replies to the hook, then qualifies them, captures structured data such as name, email, budget and timeline, routes them to the right offer, and hands off to a human when it hits its limits. Leads export to CSV or push to a CRM by webhook.
