cPanel is particularly suitable for shared hosting, reseller environments, and administrators managing multiple customer accounts on Linux servers.
There are many cPanel alternatives out there, but I'd recommend managed hosting(the best cPanel alternative). Managed hosting providers have their own (powerful) dashboard through which you can easily manage your site. It saves your time, provides a great web environment, provides better performance, and much more. Here's the list of cPanel alternatives that I've found over the internet, and they also mentioned that the managed hosting is the best cPanel alternative.

Would suggest you take a look at Interworx - I think you'll find it is a great alternative!
But it misses some basic features. E.g. it's not possible to connect a domain with a certain folder (!). Certain apps, composer based, won't run because of this. And the surface is awful outdated; that's really an issue. Greetings from the 90ies. I urgently would suggest the programmers not to underestimate the look & feel. But anyway it has some interesting function and the pricing model is good.
CPanel WHM I have been using but since their new License Model change, I am looking for other alternatives. I could see Plesk, VestaCP in this list but Hosting Controller is missing from the control panel's list.
