CrystalSolutions is a self-hosted PHP/MySQL holistic practice management application for self-employed complementary and alternative health practitioners and therapists.

Install it on your own computer, local network, NAS device, shared hosting or VPS — your patient data never leaves your own infrastructure.

Unlike cloud-based alternatives, there are no monthly subscription fees beyond your own hosting costs (if any), no third-party servers holding your patient records, and no telephone booking system exposing your diary to the internet. Access is browser-based, so it works on any device from any location when internet-hosted.

Features include patient records and session notes, appointment scheduling, accounts and invoicing, stock management, letters and documents, CPD logging, optional MTD/HMRC submission, and an optional patient enquiry widget for your website. Optional AES-256-CBC field-level encryption protects sensitive records at rest — strongly recommended for internet-accessible installations and fully GDPR Article 32 compliant.
